The KCPS Difference
At Kaplan College Preparatory School (KCPS), our quest for excellence is reflected in our staff of dedicated Advisors and certified Instructors; in our curriculum, which allows students to pursue knowledge across a range of intellectual disciplines; and in our thriving students, who continue on to some of the most sought-after and competitive universities in the world.
KCPS combines an elite, private school education focused on college preparation with the convenience of virtually anytime, any place learning. Our college prep-level core curriculum, AP, and honors classes prepare students seeking acceptance to top-tier universities, while our flexible schedule and online access provide an exceptional education as students travel, live abroad, train for sports, pursue careers in the arts, or simply require an alternative to traditional high school.
College Admissions Support
Kaplan helps individuals build their futures through education. Every student of KCPS is assigned to a dedicated Academic Advisor and College Admissions Counselor to help the student plan and achieve goals. In addition, beginning in the summer of 2008 all KCPS full-time students will have access to PSAT, SAT, and ACT test prep courses, college admissions counseling, college credit courses, an online library, and additional tutoring services-all of which work toward the goal of providing an elite college preparatory education to prepare students for their future.
Kaplan - A Tradition of Educational Achievement
KCPS is operated by Kaplan Virtual Education, a business unit of Kaplan Higher Education and subsidiary of Kaplan, Inc., one of the world's leading providers of educational services. Evolving far beyond its roots in test preparation, Kaplan serves over 1 million students per year through a wide array of programs for children and adults and currently employs more than 27,000 people worldwide.
Accreditation
Kaplan College Preparatory School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).
